There are Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Count Basie Ray Charles as well as many others. There is a list on the last page. The portraits are suitable for framing. The book is missing the dust cover. There is wear to the corners as well as to the spine. The pages have a slight yellowing with age but overall the inside pages are in good shape. The book measures about 10 inches by 14 inches. This edition was published by Galatis Lugano. The introduction is one page and in German. This is probably Munzlinger's best known book and is fairly hard to find.. During the 60's he he became well known for his self taught style of art. His work is intricate and detailed.
